I know you aren’t ready for Christmas cards. We are barely into summer. BUT, if we start early we won’t be stressed about having enough or scrambling to get them out the door. That’s why I start the Christmas Card Series of classes in July.
Today’s project is so adorable you can almost overlook that it is technically a Christmas project. If it makes you feel better my son, Marshall has seen it and requested the moose for his birthday card, in August.
The All Bundled Up stampset is featured in the July – December mini catalog that goes live tomorrow. That means a few things.
- I can’t share the catalog image until then. I’ll update the blog post tomorrow.
- There’s 87 pages of awesomeness available to you in less than 24 hours!
- It’s Sale-A-Bration time!! Earn a FREE selection from the AMAZING Sale-A-Bration (SAB) brochure with every $50 you spend in July and August. (That’s per order not a cumulative total)
- There is an incredible joining special during July and August. Stay tuned for more details
- Today, June 30 is the last day for the January – June mini catalog. Many retiring items are on sale. Some are sold out. Shop right now if there’s something on your list that you don’t have yet
- Today, June 30 is the last day for the BOGO on the Kits Collection. This is an amazing sale; the kits are Buy One Get One at half off. I have 3 favorites – Light the Candles, A Million Thanks, and Love This Memory Notebook Kit.
And there’s Marvin. I had to name him to keep from calling him a her. Does that ever happen to you? Do you call your pets be the wrong gender? I have a friend who told me this week that she calls all pets her; they are all female in her mind. Anyway during the video I realized that since the moose has antlers it’s probably male. Is that correct? Do female moose have antlers?
I can’t wait to stamp and color more of the moose and the raccoon, bunny, and bird that are also part of this stampset. I didn’t take my time coloring and exploring different color options for Marvin. He may look very different the next time you see him.
I used a strip of the Host DSP from the mini catalog. I’m thrilled that Stampin’ Up! gave us a big pack of paper with so many themes. If you haven’t seen this paper yet, be sure to catch the replay of the video. I shared each design.
The card has a surprise inside. There is an extra panel that slides up when you open the card. It might be fun to use this design to reveal a secret message as the card opens. We might do that with the July Card Club. I’ll keep you posted. In July we are making masculine birthday cards featuring the He’s the Man Suite from the Annual Catalog. The calendar for July is below. You can click on it to explore and register.
The YouTube Live
I have planned for weeks to introduce a Christmas project today, but I planned for a different stampset until 15 minutes before it was time to go live. The best laid plans, right? I had intended to use the Peace to You stampset but the dimensions weren’t working out easily. Be sure to look for it in an upcoming video or class. There’s a 6 month series of Christmas card classes that kicks off on July 23. Join one or join them all. There is a prize for participating in all 6.
As always, scroll down to the card recipe for the measurements and directions. I’ve included a printable PDF as well as the colorful card recipe photo. The video will guide you and offer some tips and tricks.
When you jump over to YouTube to watch the replay I’d love you to subscribe to my channel and leave a comment.

I know I want the six Christmas card sets whether I make class or not.
That’s awesome! I hope your recovery is going well and we can stamp together very soon.
