A fundraiser to support Conquering CHD – Tennessee
in honor of Wyatt Forquer
Wyatt is the 2 year old grandson of my dear friend, Hope Hardy. He has a unique anatomy which includes CHD, congenital heart disease. Wyatt is scheduled for his second open heart surgery on July 22. In honor of Wyatt and my birthday, I’ve created a fundraiser benefiting Conquering CHD-Tennessee.
Congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect in the United States and worldwide. 1 in 100 people are diagnosed with CHD and nearly 40,000 babies will be born with CHD in the U.S. this year. Estimates suggest there are more adults living with CHD than children, upwards of 1.5 million.

I have chosen to feature two purchasing options of Stampin’ Up!’s Nourish & Flourish Kit* from the Stampin’ Up! July – December Mini Catalog. Option 1 – For every purchase of this kit through me during the fundraiser period, July 20 through August 10, I will donate at least $7.80 to Conquering CHD-Tennessee. Option 2 – Purchase the kit plus a set of products to step up your cards. If you choose this option I will donate at least $13 from your purchase to Conquering CHD-Tennessee.

Option 1

Option 2
For an additional $25.75, before tax and shipping, you will receive the Nourish & Flourish Kit described above plus a collection of products to use to enhance these cards and other papercraft projects. This collection includes a Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush, a bolt of Pool Party 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon, a package of Iridescent Pear Basic Jewels, and a package of Dimensionals. The total cost is $64.75 plus tax and shipping. Stampin’ Up! will donate $3.00 to support organizations working to end food insecurity and I will donate at least $13.00 to Conquering CHD-Tennessee.
