I’m a little mad at myself for not trying this fun fold card sooner. It looks complicated, but it isn’t! I can’t wait to make more of these. I love it with the watering can and tulip theme, but can also see many others like Cactus Cuties, Rainbows of Happiness, and Hello Ladybugs. What comes to mind for you?

My friend, Cindy Westerink, made this card on her Facebook live a while back. She makes things look easy, and this one really is. The Stampin’ Up! Paper Trimmer is key to getting the cuts right. The guides on the blade and the ruler markers on the track help you find the exact place to stop cutting at the score line.

Today’s card is a bit of a sneak peek of the Kit & Crop event Hope Hardy and I are hosting on April 23. We are featuring the Rain Boots Bundle and Flowering Tulips designer series paper for that event. They make beautiful cards.

I love the sentiments in this stampset. Right now in my life I see so many friends in need of encouraging words and reminders that they are not alone. I’ve even taken on “live life in full bloom” as a mantra for myself these last few days. I hope this card touches you and that you are living life in full bloom.

The Facebook Live

I had not intended to use the stamparatus for my stamping, but when I saw how light my Poppy Parade ink was stamping I had 2 choices, either re-ink the pad or use that stamparatus and stamp multiple times. With live video you can be fairly certain that you will experience real challenges and real solutions. Sometimes that will be starting over, and sometimes it might be an opportunity to learn something new.

What’s up next?

I will not have a YouTube live on Monday, April 11. I’ll be live instead on Tuesday, April 12. That will be the case for the second Tuesday of the month. So stay tuned for a blog hop on Tuesday with the very talented members of the Tech 4 Stampers Academy.

On Tuesday I will draw winners from the comments from last week’s YouTube and Facebook broadcasts. I must check my notes to see what the winner from the April 4 YouTube broadcast will receive. The winner from the April 6 Facebook broadcast will receive the lovely card, Live Life in Full Bloom.

The Last Chance list has been released. Don’t wait to grab your favorites. Retiring products are available while supplies last.

There are lots of opportunities for us to stamp together in April, including an entire day at the Glen Oaks Clubhouse in Hendersonville. Think of the Kit & Crop as a crop like we used to have – bring your own projects to work on AND/OR you may purchase projects, past classes, or Stampin’ Up! all inclusive kits that I’ll bring with me. We will have a small goody bag and make and take project, and you’ll have lots of time for other crafting, laughing, and spending time with friends. You can bring your own lunch, go out for lunch, or select the catered lunch we are providing. This is a collaboration with Hope Hardy, but Hope won’t be able to join us in person. Check it out here.

I hope to see you Wednesday mornings at 9 am CST on Facebook live here and Monday mornings on YouTube Live here. If you subscribe to my YouTube channel and allow notifications you won’t miss my Monday YouTube lives. ** This week I’ll be live on YouTube on Tuesday instead of Monday.**

The recipes and supply lists are below. Please let me know if you have any questions. Happy Stamping.
