It's Rainy and Feels Like Spring

I’ve got 2 cute cards for Spring, one features Plentiful Plants bundle which is also featured in the March Card Club. And the other features the Hello Ladybug stampset which is featured in the Tuesday Express Class. It’s not too late to register for either class. This was a bit of a Selene Kempton Day. I CASEd a card she shared with our training group, and I shared a technique she taught me for stamping with solid image stamps. I also told you that she helped me conquer bow tying. She is a talented singer and even sang Happy Birthday to me on the Alaskan cruise. It’s pure coincidence that she led the training yesterday.

Today I demonstrated stamping and then die cutting on the Plentiful Plants card. If you attend my classes or take my classes to go this might have surprised you. In class, I die cut first most of the time and use the stamparatus to position the stamp to fit the die cut. This is a time saver in class or when I’m making multiple cards. You should know both methods and decide which suits you better, or which suits better in different situations.

The ladybug card is a CASE of a card by Mary Bush. I chose her design because it was quick and easy and featured the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper.
